47NORD PRIVACY POLICY

 

  1. Definitions

    Whenever the terms listed in Section 1 are used in this Privacy Policy, they shall be understood as defined below.

    1.     2. Personal data or Data – personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

    3. User – means any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of the functionalities described in the Policy.

    1. The Controller processes data in connection with the use of the Website. In connection with the User's use of the Website, the Controller collects personal data to the extent necessary to provide the services offered, as well as information about the User's activity on the Website. Detailed rules and purposes of the processing of personal data collected during the use of the Website by the User are described below.

    2. With respect to the following categories of Users, the Controller processes personal data on the terms set out in the Policy.

  4. data processing WITH THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

    1. The Controller processes the personal data of Users who follow 47Nord's profiles on Social Media and interact with them for following purposes:

      1. informing about the services provided by 47Nord and building a positive image of 47Nord (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in promoting the activity and ensuring the recognition of 47Nord.

      2. responding to inquiries and comments received via social media (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which constitutes the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and comments of people using social media.

      3. determination and pursuit of claims or defence against claims – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in the protection of its rights (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

    2. The following data may be processed: name and surname or nickname, other information publicly available on the User's profile in Social Media or that the User provides to 47Nord. Providing publicly available data in the User's profile may be necessary to interact with the Controller within Social Media for the purposes indicated in section 4.1. Policy. Providing other types of data is voluntary and the User may provide them in order to facilitate contact with the Controller or handle his inquiry.

  5. MARKETING PURPOSES

    1. The Controller processes the personal data of Users in marketing purposes. This could include sending email messages regarding enticing offers or content, occasionally containing commercial information. The Controller processes data of Users for the following purposes

      1. providing Users with marketing information and materials for the purpose of providing Users with our offer, (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in conducting marketing activities regarding services of the Controller.

      2. providing Users with marketing information and materials for the purpose of providing Users with offers of our trusted partners similar to ours, (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the legitimate interest of the our trusted partners consisting in conducting marketing activities regarding services of our trusted partners similar to ours.       3. analysis, including personalization, solely for the purposes of optimizing processes in the provision of services of the Controller and improving them (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in which is the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of tailoring marketing messages to the needs of the recipient..

      4. for analytical and statistical purposes - then the legal basis for processing consisting in conducting statistical analyses of the effectiveness of our marketing activities, is our legitimate interest in improving our marketing communications.

      5. establishing and pursuing claims or defending against claims - the legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest, consisting in the protection of its rights.

    2. The following User data may be processed: contact data, other data given by the User.

    3. Providing data is voluntary and the User may provide them in order to facilitate contact with the Controller or handle his inquiry.

  6. Data retention and data recipients

    1. The data is processed for the duration of the service, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to the processing of data is submitted in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.

    2. The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and pursue claims or to defend against claims, and after this time only in the case and to the extent that it is required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data is deleted or anonymised.

    3. Personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller.

      2. entities providing services to the Controller, such as providers of IT systems and IT services, platforms enabling support to the Controller, law firms, marketing agencies (in the field of marketing services).

    4. In the case of persons who have consented to the sending of commercial information, the Users' personal data may be disclosed to the providers of services and IT systems that the Controller uses to send commercial information.

    5. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") to third countries that do not guarantee the same level of protection as is required in the EU. In order to protect personal data, 47Nord will only transfer data (i) on the basis of a decision of the European Commission authorising it, or (ii) on the basis of EU-approved standard contractual clauses.   7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

    1. Each person has the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion, transfer, restriction of processing, to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, as well as to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

    2. The right to object to the processing of data is available in the case of data processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller.

    3. The User may exercise his/her rights by contacting the Controller via the data indicated in section 1.1.

  8. Final provisions

    1. The provisions of the 47Nord Privacy Policy may be improved and amended, and the latest versions will be published on the 47Nord Website each time and will be provided with the date of the last update.

    2. The policy is effective starting March 28, 2024.
